With its quality of service and the service infrastructure, ECS surpasses other companies in Macedonia. Complete maintenance and support of equipment of all manufacturers represented by ECS is offered, as well as for equipment from other vendors.
In order to raise the quality of computer systems utilization, ECS offers a variety of technical support and service levels during the in- and post-warranty period, performed on per-call basis or under maintenance agreements. These agreements also include preventive maintenance, as means for reduction of systems non-availability risks.
ECS has a large partner network on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia acting at the same time as a first line service and support for the local customers.
