First Installation of TrustWave in Macedonia

In March 2010, ECS signed a contract for Integrated collection (generation), transmission, analysis, protection and archiving logs events for the needs of Ohridska Banka. The complete solution consists of two TrustWave devices (SIEM LP1, SIEM LP2 (CB)). Beside the delivery of the specified equipment, ECS made full integration, installation and configuration on the existing IT system and training of employees for administration and use of the overall solution. The main role of the system is a security nature which involves the collection (generation), transmission, analysis, protection and archiving event logs from all devices (workstations, network devices, etc.).

The installation was successfully completed earlier than planned and the received feedback was positive. The Bank is now able not only to fulfill the Compliance Standard, but also guarantee it’s customers that the sensitive information is secure and away from malicious use. Additionally, the IT Team at Ohridska Banka has clearer view of what traffic is being transmitted and have more efficient techniques of finding not only what error cause the problem, but also where and when it all started.
