ECS became a Certified HP Software Business Class Gold Partner

The commitment of ECS to complex IT infrastructure and service management projects, involving the state-of-the-art HP BTO portfolio, has resulted in achieving the HP Software Gold Business Partner level for 2011, which reflects our extensive knowledge and capabilities acquired in implementation and support of these products.

The monitoring platforms ECS has implemented in Macedonian Telekom AD, the largest telecommunication provider in the country, leverage the features of several HP BTO product centers (Network Management Center, Operations Center and Business Availability Center), providing for end-to-end availability, performance and service level management from the business perspective.

The specific nature of the project, involving monitoring of several different non-standard platforms, as well as the excellent performance in the realization, led to ECS winning an award for most innovative HP SW project for 2009-2010 in the EEM region.
