HP Authorized Service Provider - since 2003
As a general representative of Digital Equipment Corporation for Macedonia since 1991, ECS had a responsibility for providing technical support of hardware and software equipment from the Digital Multivendor program (VAX, Alpha based, Intel based, DEC brand, Cisco, Silicon Graphics, Compaq, HP) in the warranty and after warranty period.
In 1994 when Multivendor Customer Services (MCS) was formed within Digital, ECS signed a Service Agent Agreement that authorized ECS to offer all additional MCS services in Macedonia.
Since 1998, after the acquisition of Digital from Compaq, ECS was Authorized Compaq Service Provider, and after the Compaq/HP merger in 2002, ECS became a HP Authorized Service Delivery Partner (ASDP).
